Tobacco guitar SOLD. Remaining two to be relisted separately w? new pictures and prices.

I'm having a guitar built and need to start saying goodbye to some of my babies, or my wife will say good-bye to me. These three Ashers are practically brand new 2021 models. I've got a trans cherry, a tobacco, and a vintage gold. The tobacco has a few barely detectable slight defects in the finish near the bridge pickup (see last picture). All three come with Asher custom hard cases and I'll throw in a brand new set of either Asher C6 or open "d" strings. I'd like $700 for the tobacco, $730 for the trans cherry, and $875 for the vintage gold with free shipping for all three. Specs and more info can be found on Asher's site. Money order or PayPal.

These are great Lap Steels for a great price. i used one when touring with Reba and Garth. You can install a belly bar to play standing up.

I have and it works well. Note that my Asher has the “acoustic guitar” type bridge. I recommend using a Hipshot roller nut altho I haven’t done it yet to mine. I have a nut that is pretty slick material and haven’t had issues with notes hanging up. I use Teflon lube regularly on the bridge and nut. Locking tuners ARE a must, however.

I’m sorry, Joe. I think you misread the ad: $700 for the tobacco Asher (less than one year old, played a dozen times in the den, hard shell case that sells for $230, strings of your choice {C6 or open”D”}, Shubb steel, all for a guitar that sells for $875 when on sale through Asher’s site or online retailers).

Thanks for inquiring, Dean. I need to thin the herd because I have some builds going on, so I'm not inclined to trade. That said, what do you have and which would you like?

Where these made in the US? I ask because I had heard that Asher had some lap steels made for him in Asia.

I love mine, great growl when needed. I installed the belly bar and if I can do it, anybody can. Precision bit is a must.
