Is there a good way to mount a standard Goodrich volume pedal to an Emmons pedal bar without removing those Emmons pedal tabs? I see Hilton has an "adapter" of sorts just for the Emmons pedal bar with their volume pedal. Those tabs are right where I want to put my volume pedal naturally.

That adapter works very well. Bolts on most standard volume pedals with the base cover screws.

Dale, I wonder if either of yours would fit a Goodrich pedal? If you get a chance, can you measure the distance between the foot mounting holes?

Either of those should bolt right up.

I adapted a Hilton bracket for a Goodrich L120 and another for an Omni pedal. The Hilton brackets are very sturdy but the holes don’t line up so re drilling is necessary to make them work. The bracket actually has to be cut and drilled for an Omni.

The vertical adjusting screws that contact the projecting tabs are unnecessary and superfluous with a free standing pedal. I bent a couple of simple brackets out of some scrap 1/16" aluminum, they work fine.

I found the screws to be helpful in securing the pedal from any unwanted movement and also a counter balance that keeps the pedal attached to the guitar when moving it.
