Lee is one of my all-time favorite musicians. He swings like a monkey in a tree.

Sounds great! Is that the Noel Boggs 13th tuning?

One of my favorite steel guitar memories is seeing Lee live in the 90s and watching him lift a whole club up with his swing feeling. It changed the whole vibe in an instant. Cool performance here.

Sounds like a 13th tuning but the tune he is playing is in C and he ends up on the root chord at the 7th fret. I'm gonna say F13 or maybe F9.

It's F13, here's an answer from his "Rose Room 13th Tuning" YouTube video:
"In E it would be (hi to lo) E C# G# F# D B G# E".
