I heard "In the Bleak Midwinter" on a touching episode of the BBC show "Ghosts" last week.(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUm15wHe-uk) and I knew I'd heard it somewhere. Then I re-discovered Jerry Douglas' beautiful version.

I was inspired by Jerry and a nice version I found by Martin Simpson to try arranging it for lap guitar in DADGAD this morning. Hope you like it. Happy holidays!

After working with this arrangement a bit I found measure #11 easier to play like this ...
