Who is playing pedal steel with Jerry Lee at this show? He can be seen throughout the video but most clearly at around the 13:45 mark. Please let me know! Thanks in advance!

I don’t think it’s Ned Davis! He looks way different from Ned, right?!

Got this photo of his 72 band. Don't know who it is but this might help.

You guys are right. It's not Ned Davis. Looking at Praguefrank, Ned Davis is on the sessions and recorded
concerts from Aug. 1969 to Jan. 1971. In Feb. 1971, Pete Drake starts doing Jerry Lee's sessions so ND is probably gone and a road player works the dates and Pete Drake does the sessions.

So is that Charlie Owens in that photo? If so, what’s his story? Any background information on him?

Here’s another video that shows him clearly. Sounds like it must be Charlie Owens?

Charlie Owens played on Doug Sahm And Band from '71 or 72.
There's a caricature of this band on the cover (incl. Dylan), where Owens hair was painted blonde.
