Saving Country Music.com has its list of the best songs of the year out

https://www.savingcountrymusic.com/saving-country-musics-2021-single-of-the-year-nominees/

Most not on the radio, but are out there recording touring and ripping up the scene.

Take the time to check out these great artists whom most have plenty of steel on!

Yes, Zach Moulton is a great steel player, all their records are really top notch and full of tasty steel!

Craig, thanks for posting that link, I'm checking out the playlist, hope to find some new faves. It's so hard to find good music amidst the glut of popular drivel drowning us these days. --- Professor Twang

John,

I've been following this site for many years and the guy Trigger who hosts it has enlightening us to many great groups, thoughtful articles and obituaries, and always brings a lot of really good music that the radio and bigger sites dismiss.

There are tons of Texas/Red Dirt music, West Virginia/Appalachian, Canadian and other music that is not on the radar to many folks out there.

Steel guitar is alive and well, ones just needs to look to find the golden treasure.

Happy Holidays!
