Not sure if this is the right forum to post.
My band, The Miners, recently put out our new album called "Megunticook". We are an alt country/Americana band based in Philadelphia and the album is heavy on pedal steel, which is on 8 of the 10 tracks (the other two have slide guitar and dobro). Fellow forum member Brian Herder plays all of the steel tracks save one, where I managed to get a pedal steel credit.
Album is being well received and is available to purchase on vinyl or digitally at The Miners Bancdcamp page: https://theminerspa.bandcamp.com/
Additionally, it is available on all digital formats like Spotify, Apple Music, etc. (search "Megunticook").

We just released our first video for the single "Without You", which we recorded with Brian playing my Carter Pro S-10 (Brian is a Sho-Bud guy, which is what he used to record):

Hope you take a listen/watch and enjoy (and if so inclined, buy). Thanks.

Brilliant album Keith - One of them albums you just want to play steel along with it. _________________ Rains SD10 'Hartley', Rains SD10 Garry Carpenter, 2dsguitar, Neural Quad Cortex, Fender Tone Master Twin Reverb, Telonics VP, Gold Tone PBS Resonator. |

Thanks for the kind words Gwyndaf. We have several DJs in the UK with Americana-shows that are into the album and our prior release. I certainly have pedal steel in mind for almost song I write so maybe that's why they lend themselves to being easy to play along with (and of course there is pedal steel on all but two songs with other two having dobro and slide guitar). |

Thanks Tom. I produced the album and mixed it with the engineer at a high end studio in Philly (MilkBoy). Basic tracks were recorded there and all the vocals and overdubs were recorded at my home studio (including all the steel parts). Two tracks, "Day the Drummer Died" and "Cardboard Sign", were recorded entirely in my home studio but then mixed with the other tracks at MilkBoy. |
