Sweet combo amp. Custom built in Santa Cruz.
It started out as a 1969 Fender Bassman. Still has much of original guitar circuit as well as original Power & output transformers.
50watts. Instead of a bass channel, that side has been converted to a proper tube reverb. The front inputs are now an effects loop.
Also, there is a boost pot on the back to give a little less clean headroom, as well as a push-pull pot on the volume to give more mids (Tweed mod).
The amp is fit into a nice solid pine brownface cab with 2 Jensen alnico speakers & running a matched pair of Electro-Harmonix 6L6s.
Only issue is the grill cloth is old & starting to split in a couple of places (I know this is a desired effect for some).
Fantastic tone all around. Lush reverb. Sounds great for steel.
With the mods & reverb, it is incredibly versatile.
Local pickup only. $1700

Is the reverb in front of the preamp like an outboard reverb or after it like a combo amp? And where in the chain is the effects loop?

Reverb is after the preamp. FX loop is after the reverb though.
