hey Johnny, here's an ole bud I acquired a few years ago. It was complete except it had no under-carriage.ha ha. So since I had no parts my good friend Jim Flynn suggested turning it into an all-pull changer. it is 3x4 So here it is..... Tommy

It would be expensive, and a real shame to convert a perm to anything but a perm. You can’t get that sound and feel with anything else. The original fingers should stay, and add movable pullers with lots of holes for rod attachment. The welded fingers were the only bad thing about a perm.
