Does anyone know where I might find this decal?

Someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I believe they were originally printed on water slide decal stock. You can get the stock from places like Hobby Lobby, Staples, Amazon, etc.....
You could simply print that picture on an inkjet printer with that stock and make as many as you want. Just a thought.
