Me too. But with the texture, it musta been a booger to keep clean. Akin to the infamous Sho-Bud dustcatcher fretboards.

The basketweave 'mica D-10 that Russ Pahl played in the Twin Cities back in the '70s was definitely textured. I played it on occasion. |
