Rittenberry D10 8x5, Custom built by Gary Rittenberry....Gary built this custom guitar for me...He is such a luthier of the steel guitar world and Derek has bought the company and carrying on the Tradition of Quality workmanship and Sevice Above & beyond....This guitar has sustain forever, bell tone highs and melting lows with a bit of grind.....Players comment on the Rittenberry "cross between an Emmons and a Franklin" this is proabably one of the best guitars I've ever played.....Studio guitar that has played on many sessions....I toured the world and recorded with Gord Lightfoot for 16 years...5 time CCMA Steel Player of Year and inducted in Hall of Honour 2016...This is an amazing guitar....I will include a couple vid clips i recently recorded with Steve Warner/Jim Witer and a Tribute to "Imagine" on John Lennon's passing with the top steel players in the Country...an honour to be a part..... As I am a fanatic with my gear, this guitar is like new....case doesn't have a mark and I had a custom flight case made, for the CCMA Awards I had to fly out to,& used on one trip...heavy duty and cost $500. So well worth the investment to protect this beauty.....no need to wait for a custom guitar months or a year....You will blown away with this custom pro guitar......I recorded an instrumental I wrote for new WSA album, "Big Deal"...with my special guests, Bruce Bouton and Buddy Spicher...can really hear this beauty singin!!!! Nice Ritt, Pee Wee! It, and you, sound terrific on the WTA albums I have in my library.
I'm currently wrapping up re-rodding my Pee Wee Whitewing SD-12 Rittenberry, changing from universal to my extended E9 setup. It would appear steel players with the name of Pee Wee or Peewee eventually end up playing a Ritt! May have to join the crowd and change my name! 
You replacing yours with something else?

Curious to see what you decide, you sure made that old MSA Classic sound great with Ian & Sylvia Tyson! All is good here, still driving artists around the country and resurfacing periodically to play now & then also. You should bring the WSA to Dallas for the Steel Convention, it would be a Grand Slam! Great to hear from you, glad you’re well!!

I've got an SD-10 made by Gary,and he later upgraded mine to Prestige, and its everything you describe about yours.
I had a friend's Franklin here for a week, and had them side by side to compare. Very very similar in sound and quality.
