I must apologize for not answering your last posting; I've been a bit ill with "Longhaul" COVID recovery ... it slows us long-haulers bodies and brains down quite a bit, and priorities get back-logged and bottle-necked. But I have a few minutes for morning coffee and finally have a chance to answer your posting:
My [5 string] reply was a joke. I don't know of any Rick bakelite ever made with 5 strings, so I assumed you saying you were looking for 5, 7 or 8 string bakelite was a typo on the 5 and you intended to type '6'. So my joke was asking (tongue in cheek), "do you mean a Rick bakelite 5 string banjo?"
