Here's a free PDF of 6 Country Licks for C6th lap steel. These are mostly "plug and play" for dropping into a solo or back-up in different keys and feels. There's a slight ramp up of difficulty from #1 - #6, but none of them are difficult to play.

Good intonation on slants is the trickiest aspect and that comes with practice. Scale length, string spacing and fret position can also affect how difficult or easy these can be to pull off. 'Hope you find 'em useful.
