Not necessary exactly the same design, but with 4 screws like these ?

There are lots of them out there. The question is which one(s) will fit the screw and shaft holes.

How about fixing what you have? Straighten the bent shafts and put on new buttons.

I agree with (fix the originals) it is a simple job. Drilling holes in any vintage guitar is a big NO NO.

The guitar came with only one of the two tuner sets… So I have to buy.

Measure and search. The Golden Age tuners are designed to be pretty near exact replicas of the 1930's tuners used on these old babies. I just bought a set for my 1935 Dobro to replace the Klusons. Screw holes match up perfectly.
