Apartment #9 pedal steel intro on lap steel

Someone who bought my arrangements asked me for this and I thought I'd share.

Here's my C6th lap steel interpretation of the pedal steel intro on this Tammy Wynette tune. There is a lot of volume pedal use on the intro so that lends a whole different flavor to the texture. Please jump in if you see better ways to play this:

Andy, Do you know who was playing the steel on this? I know the original version by Bobby Austin was played by Ralph Mooney, which sounds very similar to Tammy's version.
