Doesn't matter if it's new or used. My Willie is a double twelve, with tuning keys, not keyless.
Overall the dimensions are 32.5 inches by 12 inches.

Thanks, folks!

David had a D-10 Willie cover that was slightly shorter but I appreciate his efforts.

New, used doesn't matter. Any help you can offer is great.

Is there anyone making "custom" covers, or will come close to the fit I need? I remember a few who are no longer in business. Anyone have any luck with covers this year?

Williams Guitar Company sold me mine. Scroll down to the covers.

Or maybe call Bill and ask him about it. He's been very helpful to me.

Yeah, I'll try calling Bill, thanks. Williams' website has a cover for a keyless D-12, but from everything I can find the keyed D-12 I have is a couple inches longer.

I noticed today that Tuki padded covers has a custom cover template. You fill in the demensions and they'll custom build you a cover at no extra cost. I have these on my Little Walter gear and they are very nice.

Shout out to Leigh Polari for making my D-12 Willie all cozy, safe and dust-free with my new custom cover. I chose the lightest material she had, which she advised me was really more of a dust cover than one designed (I guess) to protect against flying beer bottles.

Really nice, could fold up in my pocket but more likely in my pac-a-seat. Very easy to deal with and highly recommend her service and product.

I see that Leigh Polari is also a singer and listened to some of the sample tracks for the cd she made. They have some very good steel guitar on them. I wonder who played on her cd.
