How do I wire this pickup to get the different tones? There are four wires plus the shielded wire: Black, Red, Green, White and Shielded wires.

Thank you guys--both of you for the info. I root for both the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings--maybe since I'm from Minnesota originally and lived in Wisconsin for several years--now in Southern Indiana--Been to Texas a few times, near Houston--sang some songs with a band a few years ago--Keith Gilley was the Sax Player in the band--we did 'Your Cheating Heart' and 'Kawliga' -- Good ol' Traditional Country Music...

Southern Indiana.
I have fond memories of traveling to Jasper and French Lick to attend meetings, back when I worked for Kimball Piano & Organ. |

To my knowledge, there is no wiring for a Brite switch. The diagram above is the correct diagram. The different wires are for different coil configurations, single, humbucker, and variations of those. Switches are needed for the extra configurations other than just wiring it in standard humbucker mode to the output jack. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) .
