See second post for a simple to read diagram for the current reissue black BL 705. I've never done one and I have seen some conflicting info. I dunno, but suspect this is correct.

For single sound direct wiring, I like this one because it is easier to read for us laymen who have trouble with the technical diagrams.

If you have one of the old chrome pickups, it may be different.

It would be nice if a correct diagram is verified and be posted as a sticky so we don't have to go through this every time.
