My heart is broken having to tell you that our friend, Corky Davis, passed away last night of Covid and pneumonia. He was a wonderful person, great steel player, supportive OSGA member, and a dear friend. We will miss him greatly. |

Sad news indeed. One of the best people I ever met.
I always looked forward to his set at the shows, and sitting and talking about cows.
Rest in peace my friend. _________________ Email: azpedalman@gmail.com

This saddens me! I lost my X wife yesterday around 5:30 Friday afternoon to Covid. We were married for almost 30 years. We divorced several years ago but remained friends. I took care of her about 5 days before she had to go to the Hospital. She lived 13 days on a ventilator. Her Right lung collapsed and she was gone about one hour later. Next,Corky Davis was a good Friend. I really liked him. Loved his Steel Guitar playing and music. RIP Corky Davis and Ora Wood. |

So sorry about Corky's passing. He was so friendly and so funny. He told me several years ago that he had started out as a guitar player, loved big band, and knew lots of chords. "Then rock and roll hit, and all I needed was three!" |

Man…what a loss!!! Talk about a great picker and an even better person!!! He always made pedal steel look so easy and he always looked like he was having so much fun.
This COVID-19 has been taking some exceptionally great people â˜¹ï¸ |
