Hi

How does the Quilter 202 compare to the Carvin bass amp you use to have? Do you think it is that much better?

Thanks

Short answer, yes.

I was using separate amp and separate speaker (in separate enclosure) at the time I was using the Carvin bass amp. Until something better came along it served the purpose.

The Quilter Travis Toy 12 combo amp (includes the TB202 amp) to me is the best steel guitar amp I've had since the 70's and a Fender twin. Retirement from playing in bands and I sold the Quilter TT12 combo, a dumb move.
