So great to see you blessing folks with your music, Dom. So cool to see the “crowd rockin’ out“. _________________ MCI Arlington S-10 3+5, George L E-66, BJS & Emmons bars, Fender Stage Lead II 100W 1x12, Fender Satellite SFX, custom FX rack, 1983 Dobro 60D, SX-8 lap steel, Martin D16GT, Ibanez AS73, 1978 Rickenbacker 4000 custom. |

Just listened (for the first time) to two of your
videos. Great singing and steel playing. I'm going
to listen to all your songs. What do you use for
back-up accompaniment? Is that a Melbert 10 string you're playing? |

Bill;
For my backing tracks... I record on my Fostex digital multitrack. For most of them I played guitar, Bass and keyboard parts along with my Boss DR 670 (drum Machine) and occasionally a Ukulele, mandolin or banjo. I've been doing this for 12 plus years
But starting 3 or four years ago I use Band in A box software to create the basic track, and sometimes I have to add some live guitar or bass parts if the song has signature licks that need to be recreated.
My 13 string lapsteels are all hand crafted myself. _________________ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYG9cvwCPKuXpGofziPNieA/feed?activity_view=3 |
