| I played with a group that opened for Doug Stone this past Friday night and had the pleasure of meeting Doug's Steel Guitarist Bob Gwaltney. Bob is a true gentleman and a great player. The tone delivery that he gets from his Sho-Bud Pro-III is as good as it gets. I got to watch a player that knows what he's doing. He has really good clean licks, that "touch", and tone delivery. He is truly a credit to Doug Stone and one of the nicest down to earth professional players I've met. If you haven't heard him, catch Doug Stone's how if they are nearby, you wont be disappointed. Great job on steel Bob! |
