My Sarno Black Box arrived today. I set it up before the volume pedal.

BL710s on both necks (Carter D10) but I wasn't getting the crisp bite that I wanted. Played around with a bunch of regular guitar effects pedals but I didn't get close to the tone I was hunting...

This thing solved it.

Set at about 1:00, it boosted the highs and helped isolate the lows. It's nicely clean and crisp in spite of my awful blocking. After an hour with it, I couldn't be more pleased with the effect.

Well done Sarno - worth the money.
