What’s a typical used price for one of these amps? One popped up local for $650 and looks to be in great shape. Newer model.

Foster, that's a fair price. I have only seen a couple on here for sale and I believe it was more. Not many turning up on these pages.

Given that they run about $1,400 new, $650. is a good price, depending on its condition. I have only seen a few usedies around. The best price I have seen for a good used Session 115 was $700. There is one on Reverb.com far about a grand.

Not many showing up for resale. Probably because not many new ones were sold. A local music store, that has sold a lot of Peavey steel amps, got one when they first came out a couple years ago. Last time I was in the store (about 3 months ago) that amp was still there, never sold.

Given there are only a couple hundred in existance, I would snatch a $650 in a hurry, provided it is not beat up.
Play through it before you buy.

Thanks all, Unfortunately I got some other expenses that will put buying an amp like this on the back burner. It’s on Craig’s list just west of Portland if anyone else is interested.
