Yep we all know the feeling. UPS now has an app that shows you where the delivery truck is on a map. You watch the truck criss cross the map throughout the day, passing agonizingly close to your home several times until finally your shipment arrives around 5 or 6 PM. I'm pretty sure they designed this app to provide maximum torment to their customers.
