Why has this beautiful Franklin not sold?

I have a “74 Emmons PP SDU12 7/5 beautiful condition dark brown laquer guitar reworked by Mike Cass. To heavy to carry for this old guy but it’s a lovely sounding like a PP should and beautiful laquer just don’t want a SD and I already own a green U12 7/5 so why not 2. I’d toss in a outer $1000 and meet to make swap. It is a Day/Newman tuning however. I’ll send pics and tuning if interested. Thanks Letz
