My Lacquer D-10 on Display at Dallas. Guitar was originally built for Tommy Alexander who passed away. Mickey Adams got the guitar and I was lucky to purchase it from him. _________________ Mark T

Here is my pair of number ones:
- D10 Prestige 9&8 Prototype (first D10 Prestige)
- SD10 Prestige 4&5 (first SD10 Prestige)
Thanks to Gary and Wayne for designing and building these great steel guitars! Also thanks to Derek, Wayne,and Randy Beavers for their help setting up the D10.

Don’t they make em out of wood? Just wondering I have never seen one? _________________ Been playing all of my life, Lead Guitar, and Pedal Steel, sing Lead and Harmony.. play other Instruments also but I hate to admit to it.. |

If you mean a lacquer finish vs the common formica an example would be the one above built for Tommy Alexander which is two toned on the front having the red strip down the center front apron. You may have meant something else so if I misunderstood that simply disregard this. Beautiful guitars |

Yes that is what I meant I would have said lacquer but not all steels are lacquered.. some are poly uratane.. thanks for the reply.. _________________ Been playing all of my life, Lead Guitar, and Pedal Steel, sing Lead and Harmony.. play other Instruments also but I hate to admit to it.. |
