Future pedal steel country rock (and film animation) legend Sneaky Pete Kleinow on his Fender quad in 1956. I have Pete's solo CD from the early 90s. He was an innovative player with a lot of personality to his sound.

And he was a film animator for the shows “Gumby†and “Davey and Goliath†among others.
It looks like his quad might have had some pedals added. |

Looks like he was using a black rajah and from the angle of his left foot, there were some coat hangers connected to those tuners |
