I always loved Carlos Santana's lyrical guitar work, a style that perfectly fits the steel guitar. I'm using my pedal and lap steel for this arrangement, as well as a rhythm track from the Hal Leonard company. Thanks to my pal, Dr. Wayne Yakes, for his suggestion that I work up Europa. Now I have to work on my Carlos facial gestures.

Chuck "Mr. Blue" Lettes once again knocks a Santana Tune outta the park with "Europa"!!! I honestly don't know which Santana Tune of his I like better, "Samba Pa Ti" on his Vibrato Label CD or this newest smashinf effort "Europa"...Carlos would love these 2 innovative versions of his music I am certain!!

Chuck,
Thanks for sharing your arrangement of a fine Santana tune. I've had this song in my head for a long time but haven't been able to figure out how to play it. Your version of "Europa" is very enjoyable to listen to, as well the rest of the tunes you have posted.

Hi Guys,
Greg, glad that you like the arrangement of Europa and the tunes on my site. Glad to share them with you.
Carl, I'm using a C6th tuning for this one: high GECAGE low.
Wayne, you have been a pal from the beginning, including our Omaha days way back when. You have always come up with good ideas for the steel guitar.

Hi Carl,
Being a Santana fan, I had some fun working with rhythm tracks from this company:

Thanks, guys. Glad to share my music with you. Despite the pandemic and lack of music gigs, I've managed to be creative, especially with my home studio. Sharing my music has helped to keep me sane during these times.
