I could use a set of left-handed strings if you happen to have some in stock

When working at a gun store, a fellow bought a left handed rifle from me. I told him he needed left handed ammunition for the rifle and I actually think I had him stumped for a few seconds.

Make sure you have a left handed pak-a-seat to put all these left handed accessories in.

Just reverse the order on a regular set, put the thick wound ones farthest from you. You’ll get used to it in no time.

Jerry,

The size of the bar concerns me most. I had rather have a 7/8 bar than a 14/16! Or a 28/32?

Jerry, is this the cryogenic model that comes frozen? I think they are delivered in dry ice like Omaha steaks.

Thoroughly thawed Jim. But yes, they are Cryogenically hardened. Really a great sounding bar. I also offer them in right hand bars but naturally the left hand ones are really difficult to find but I offer both at same great price. The left hand bars are only offered on sale until midnight April 1st.

I tried that but I still couldn't figure out how to get the ball ends to fit through those tiny little holes on the tuning pegs

I think that means you are ambiguous, or ambivalent, or something like that

I’d give my right arm to be ambidextrous.

Ian, it’s a lot of trouble but you have to cut those balls off and reinstall them on the other end of the string.

Hi Brandon, of course the "left handed" reference was an April Fool thing but in all seriousness the John Pearse Cryogenic bar is a great bar with great feel and tone. It is extremely hard and dense stainless steel. It is 7/8" x 3 1/4" long. Since it is brand new and discounted I am not allowed to post price on the Forum so please email me for that information if you are interested. rollermusic@cox.net
Thanks,
Jerry

Quite like those bars, but I’ve only used the right hand drive variety.

Given the results, maybe I should try left. Actually, I’m somewhat ambidextrous. You know, equally clumsy with either hand.

I’m aware of someone who is ambi-obnoxious: ticks people off right and left.

Loved going back and reading this stuff.

I guess my dad never sold that bar. It's still around.
