This is an Alesis QuadraVerb 2 Dual Channel Octal Master Effects with Digital I/O
These are on Ebay for $250-$300 used. ($799 new) can produce eight effects simultaneously from 46 algorithms (reverb, delay, chorus, flanger, phaser, pitch shifter, graphic and parametric equalizer, tremolo, overdrive, stereo sampling, speaker rotation simulation, Doppler effect, resonator, ring modulation, stereo simulation). The maximum delay time is five seconds. There are 100 preset and 200 user patches. ADC 18-bit with 128-fold oversampling, 48 kHz sampling rate, 24-bit internal processing. Frequency response 20 Hz to 20 kHz, dynamic range 92 dB. True stereo and independent channel processing with different effects. There are input and output level controls. Inputs / outputs on jacks, balanced / unbalanced. There is an ADAT digital output, word clock input, two pedal jacks. Parameters can be controlled via MIDI or depending on the signal level. Tempo information can be entered via MIDI or a pedal. While most presets contain some direct signal, there is a Global Direct Mute option that mutes the direct signal in all presets.
