I have one just like that.
It's a Standel with a ZB logo.

Emmons sold a Standel with the"Emmons"brand on it...
It was basically the"Studio"or"Custom"series(my Standel says both on it)...
The Standel had those weird, concentric pots where the outside and inside of the same knob both turn...this ZB is more like a Twin...
Big Jim Murphy was using a ZB amp exactly like that one when I saw him with Hank Thompson in '73?maybe...
Good Tele amps!I used to use my Standel for both guitar and steel-a nice, fat, warm sound.

Those solid state Standels are just outstanding--back when they were using the secret color coded modules and lots of germanium transistors, they just had the sound.
Tube Standels are great too, but I have a real fondness for the early solid state models (except when you need to fix one...).
