Owner says there are no markings.
I imagine there can't be too many custom steel makers around. Looks pretty solidly built with those large knee levers. It's for sale locally, thanks for any info or clues you may be able to provide as to maker or what a decent price might be.

I'm guessing a hand-built.
Those trunnions/pillow blocks don't look too familiar, and neither does the fretboard.
Better pictures of the bellcranks, knee levers/brackets, and other hardware underneath might provide more insight, but I'm guessing "guy with a machine shop" rather than "established builder."
