Has this speaker been discontinued? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Was it replaced with a newer model?

Yeah, you might be able to find one NOS somewhere, but the speaker is no longer available from Eminence. The replacement is the Double T 15.

Telonics had a similar driver, but I don't know if you can buy those either. Might hit them up.

I have two of them and like them a lot. Not quite up to my JBL D-130, but close. I believe this is the speaker that Eminence had a blow out sale on a few months ago for about $85.00.

Tommy Huff should have a few of them left. He’s here on the forum and an Eminence dealer.

Hi Harold,

There was a post on Dec 19th 2019 that Eminence was closing out the EPS-15C for $104.99 shipped. One of the posts on that thread had said they'd contacted Eminence and Eminence said they could still make them as a custom order for $248.60. Here's that thread:
https://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=352552&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

It's on page 3.
Maybe Tommy can confirm.

John

Has there been any feedback about the Double T15? Compared to the EPS 15C? Compared to the JBL D-130?

I'm sure this conversation has been rehashed several times on the forum, but it won't hurt to have a 2021 version. I have 2 Nashville 400s and I'd like to lighten them up a little. I've gotten old.

After Googling the JBL D130, I gather it was disconnected a long time ago. I'm interested in a speaker that is current. I definitely got to get out more.

I get much better frequency coverage with the ESP 12c. I have two of the 15c's in seperate cabinets. Now using one 12c and get much better bottom end and clean highs. Easier to tote too.

Kevin Hatton, who is on the forum, is/was also an Eminence dealer. You could check with Kevin as well.

If you have 2 NV 400’s , the TT 15 is the ticket!

Bought a double T and put it one of them. Sounds pretty good. Much easier to carry.
