The Dekley 210 D10 Professional Pedal Steel Guitar features 8 floor pedals, 4 knee levers, and uses E9th Nashville & C6 tuning. Its all-pull changer system, accurate mechanism, low maintenance, and end-plate tuning make it very user-friendly steel .
Features
8 floor pedals
4 knee levers
E9th Nashville neck
C6th neck
All-pull changer system
Accurate mechanism
End-plate tuning
I have played this guitar for 4 years and have really enjoyed it. Comes with a soft split gig bag, and a hard case. The hard case is road worn but quite usable. The pickup sounds great. Just needs a player. $1895. Set up by Steel Guitars of North County.
You can hear it at this site. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OcIq5l0wV0&feature=youtu.be

I know very little about the pedal steel.
It appears that the changers are at an angle.
Is this to allow/set intonation?
If so is it adjustable?

Looks like the entire E9 neck is angled towards the player, for ergonomics if I had to guess.

Yes, the front neck is standard with a slight angle to the player. Very comfotable.

I played two Dekley's of that same model for 16 years and the front neck wasn't angled like that on either. Both were flat with respect to each other.

Maybe somebody from Fessenden could tell you. All seems factory original, plays very nice, but 10# s heavier than my GFI. My guess it is a factory option. Never had the question come up until the pic of the end plate was posted.
