Haha! I've been cruising this and three other sites for this to come up used. Gotta move faster!

Oh, yeah: if Pete doesn't take it for some reason, I will.

Seven minutes, that didn’t take long. Dan: Have you posted in the Wanted To Buy section?

Bruce: Nah. It's not a rush, so I'm just going to lurk here, Ebay, and other dark places on the internet.

Guys I have a Dobro with a Fishman Nashville pickup and have also been hoping to run across a JD Aura for a long time.
Finally!

-- for good reason. I picked one up last year on Reverb but they do seem few & far between. It's great.

FWIW, I have no idea if they are delicate but mine got fried in a power spike. For a $50 flat fee Fishman put in new works (and took care of business expeditiously).

Pete, there has been no lack of these for sale in good condition for a variety of prices - you were hoping to run across a bro deal - and you got one. Good for you!

I was going to buy it as a backup were it still available. But that would be “Aura hoarding.” And since I’m not at all clear if and when I’ll be able to play out again when I would actually need the pedal - it would be sitting in its box next to the one I already have.

When I saw it was for sale locally by my friend and fellow local picker Mark Simpson, I had to pull the trigger!
I have wanted one for a long time but haven't really been following the market.
I've been using a different unit for a long time.
Finally got a JD.
