I’m considering looking for a Fender Deluxe 90 with Spring Reverb (Not the DSP design) Has anyone ever played there Pedal Steel through one of these older Small Solid State Amps.?
If so what are your opinions.?
I know they are a two Channel Amp, I’m thinking they might work well with two separate Instruments, (Pedal Steel & Lap Steel/Electric guitar) and would they have plenty of power for smaller venues.?

I've owned one and looked at in detail. I bought it cheap needing repairs. I fixed several bad factory solder joints in the preamp section and a bad reverb tank. These are OK amps, but the low end response is minimized by design.
Whether you like that is up to you, but try it out and listen carefully before you buy. They are pretty easy to work on if you like to do that. When I was locating the intermittent solder joints (tapping with a chopstick) I noticed the capacitors in the preamp were a tiny bit microphonic. I left them in there because I felt they added character to the tone. I was afraid if I changed them it would make the sound too sterile.
They are nice and loud and portable which is a great benefit.

Revived ! I don't own one anymore, I liked it but when I went to a bigger room on a stage , it was really lacking , I had to push it and it didn't like it ! These are fine amps for a small venue and practice but run out of power pretty quickly in a larger room. Still a good deal at $150 or less. My opinion of course. 
My amp stable these days after much experimenting and buy/sell
Dr Z Maz 38 - Can do it all- the BOMB !
Fender Hot Rod Deville 2x12- can do it all
Carvin Nomad 1x12- can do it all, but weak bottom end
Fender Blues Jr- Guitar only smaller rooms
DV Mark Little Jazz 1x12 - can do it all smaller rooms
DV Mark Micro 50 head- stays in the car as a spare
Nashville 112 - rarely used collects dust
I've stopped searching for amps

Tony is right - pleasantly bright at moderate volumes but they get rough when you crank them up.
I used a couple in stereo for a while but I upgraded to Telonics so I could get a clean sound out of doors.
