It’s too bad there aren’t more videos of Maurice out there - without question my favorite steel player of all time.

Reece had no feeling left in the fingers of his right hand after a serious car accident. He always glued his picks to his fingers with a glue. And I could never believe why you can play with such feeling when you can't feel the strings.... Reece was just not from that world!

The singer is Teresa Anderson, Reece’s wife, and a very very good vocalist indeed, as well as a wonderful person.
