Just a little reminder to everyone that I'm still around. Its a long time since I posted here, my hearing started to fail and I had to stop playing. But I have dug one out from the past just to let you know at the age of 80 I still love playing Music and my Instruments.

James, great to hear from you. I think you said you were going to fall back on your other hobby, photography. Have you been enjoying that? Miss reading your posts. Take care,

Hello again Bill,
You are right, I am armed to the teeth with Cameras, the only problem now with that is, due to Lockdown I am not allowed out of the house except for Food Shopping nearby, we here in the UK have one of the highest Death rates in the World so there will be no let-up. I had the Jab a week ago.

Take some pictures in the grocery store. I want to see how they look in the UK. Pick me up some Walker's Toffees whilst you are there. They are my favourite ones.

Hello James, so nice to hear from you. I'm 83 and I have a great set of hearing aids, otherwise, I'd be "off the air".
Similarly, we are in various stages of lock downs. I really miss all the playing I was doing for open mics, Saturday morning jams, and two chaps and myself were into playing at many old folks and retirement homes, and all the camaraderie connected to it.
Because most of my retired life was connected to it, I don't know what day it is some days.
All I can do is get together with my "house band" (my hundreds of backing tracks!) thanks to you for many of them and enjoy.
Keep well, and keep safe.
