Several years ago I had several Hawaiian Steel Guitar LPs that were stolen. I'd love to find recordings of these people. I prefer on CD now, since I don't have record player.
David Keil'i, Pua Almedia, Coy Pierrera are some of the Steel Guitarists that I'm interested in. Any help appreciated

First thing that popped into my head would be recordings from Cord International:
https://cordinternational.com/

Website seems to be having trouble though...their Alfred Apaka release "Hawaii's Golden Voice" has lots of early recordings (with Pua Almeida on several tracks).

Then dig into the archives of Territorial Airwaves:
https://territorialairwaves.com/

There's quite a lot on Youtube of course, too.

Nic has put you on the right track with the Cord International releases. Their site has always been slow loading for me. Nevertheless I got mine in record stores when they still had them, or on Amazon.

Some seem to be expensive now. If you like David Keli'i, I suggest you order this one right now:

Hi Terry

I sent you a PM last evening with important information.

I have a large collection of CD's, LP albums, and cassette tapes of the Classic Hawaiian Steel Guitar Players as well as other Hawaiian Music. All in good condition.

I have all of the Cord International CD's as well.

I want the Hawaiian Steel Guitar music to be available for generations to come. I am selling this because it is better in the hands of a person younger than me (86 yrs) to take care of the collection for the purpose of perpetuating Classic Hawaii Music.

I have decided that I should sell all of the collection as a whole because it would be an overwhelming job to piece meal it out.

I have a converter to be able to make CD's from either LP albums or cassette tapes.
