Well, the recent 'relay' piece of Imagine played by various USA players was so inspirational to us folks across the pond, that several of us have done our own collaboration on a song recorded by British singer Cliff Richard called Miss You Nights.
Here it is played as an instrumental on steel.

Really enjoyed being a part of this. Some great playing with the lads.
I'll hopefully be putting my full version out soon...once the barbers are open again. _________________ 25 year old wannabe.

Steven, I wouldn't wait for the barbers to open , could be a long time yet let's hear more from you now.
Great track from you guys, you have all made the UK steel pickers proud.
I would even think Cliff would like that arrangement. |

Paul, thank you so much for taking the trouble to comment on our video, and for your kind comment. In a reciprocation, I hope that you all stay safe too in these extremely troubling times. _________________ Show Pro D10 - amber (8+6), MSA D10 Legend XL Signature - redburst (9+6), Sho-Bud Pro 111 Custom (8+6), Emmons black Push-Pull D10 (8+5), Zum D10 (8x8), Hudson pedal resonator. Thanks, guys. I enjoyed it, hearing the different approaches and tones -- and seeing photos of all of you too, to put faces to internet-names. You should do more tracks like this. |

Thanks Tucker. I am in the process of putting out a more well known tune with more British players. You know, we have some pretty good pickers over here. I must give kudos to a gent called Danny Mitchell from Scotland, who produced the Miss You Nights clip, and who has offered to do all of the future recordings. _________________ Show Pro D10 - amber (8+6), MSA D10 Legend XL Signature - redburst (9+6), Sho-Bud Pro 111 Custom (8+6), Emmons black Push-Pull D10 (8+5), Zum D10 (8x8), Hudson pedal resonator.
