Decided to write some beginning basics of using TablEdit. I'll update as I learn more.

Getting Started with TablEdit for PSG (Some Basics) by Donna Evans
1. Choose File -New
Within this box on set-up
Select PSG – E9 Chromatic or
PSG – C6
Select your Time signature ¾ or 4/4, etc.
Select your Key signature
Say OK

2. Under File/Options unclick Show Notation if you just want the PSG tabulature.

3. Using your computer key pad start typing
Fret #’s on your string lines.
If you have a pedal change, go to NOTE, pitch change and
(select A, B, C, E or F); (Short-cut is to use Ctrl-H or to R click to get your menu and then select Pitch Change)

4. Under File Options you can uncheck the box for Stems.

5. If measures repeat use COPY & PASTE, make sure you
Paste on the correct lines

6. NOTES – can set for automatic duration and can edit the notes later for whole and half notes, etc.
Under NOTES, SPECIAL EFFECTS can add slides
