I was wondering if this may be Jeff Newman. I believe the picture is from a show in the 70's called, That Good Ole Nashville Music.

Although not really a whole lot of steel featured, just thought that might have been Jeff. I always thought this was Crystal Gayle's best song.

I'm guessing that is an Emmons. Back then they had to cover over or remove any name plates.

BTW: that's the great Jerry Byrd on rhythm guitar.
