MSA Classic with 4 pedals and 4 knee levers ...5th pedal is included ... guitar is set up Emmons with E’s on the right knee, whichvwas a MSA factory setup back in a day I was told ... guitar could use some polishing , but it plays and sounds great ... comes with a MSA original plastic case ...
