Sharp Covers (Nashville) seems to be one supplier used by members of the forum:

Sharp is moving into a new building, so it could be a while. I made an order months ago and never heard anything back until I recently sent another email...couple of months before they are moved in and starting back up according to them.

Alomg with LeAnn Sharp, Studio Slips is one that b0b, the forum owner, recommends. I've used both for amp and speaker covers and would use both again. Susan at Studio Slips went overboard to custom make a cover for my Steeler's Choice seat.
