Here's how I'd do it - key of E, all on the 12th fret except the last note gliss down to 7th fret - in my own little shorthand tab (string followed by pedal/lever, underscore denotes no new strike, + denotes multiple strings together):

12: 5+3_5+3B_5+3 1 4 2 5A_5 6 6+5A_6+5 gliss to 7: 5+4

Or the first 3 double-stops could be 4+3. Sounds pretty similar.

It may well be Mike playing this lick, but both Mike and Moon played on this. Anyway, I thought the idea was to play Moon licks. And that's a cool, twisty Moon-style lick for sure. And Mike plays this style "to a T".
