Hi Gang,

Does any of you know what the “standard” main playing strings of a Hansa Veena are tuned to? I can handle the chikaris and the sympathetic strings.

Additionally, string gauge suggestions would be helpful. Are they similar to those of a sarod?

I hadn't heard of this instrument before this. I would contact the creator Barun Kumar Pal via his website or Facebook to see what he recommends. Good luck!
