Sorry for the lack of tech terms but where you pick... The aluminum part. I get WHY they "brush" or otherwise dull the look, glare reduction. BUT... if untreated or anodized or whatever, looks like NASTY. Any theories on how to get it looking a bit nicer? Thanks.

There are several good polishing products on the market, but I use Simichrome and elbow grease (heavy on the elbow grease!). Available at auto parts stores, motorcycle shops, and online.

You just need two or three small dabs... a little bit goes a LONG way. My little 20-year old tube will outlive me -- and still be mostly full.
