I have someone that wants one of these. She had had one for years for children's singalongs. Now hers is broken. If you have one laying around let me know!!!

I've got one. I was thinking about converting it into one of those circuit-bent instruments. That'll probably never happen. It worked a year ago, last time I had it out. I'll try to dig it out today and see. Does she still have her broken one? I might just trade for it.

Reggie,
I dug it out and it still works. Model OM-84 which is the same layout as the Series one with a couple extra features. My late friend Vernon played it a lot at home and occasionally at church. You can see where some of the labeling wore off and he relabeled it with a marker. The yellowing is just from the plastic aging, not tobacco.

I was a bit surprised to see that these things are going for actual money these days but I know Vern would have been delighted to know that it wound up in someone's hands who had a history and appreciation for the instrument, whether she's still playing it for children or just for her own enjoyment. If she's amicable to a swap for her broken one, I'll send it your way. I'll keep the oversized wall wart that I modified to use with it unless she doesn't have one. Batteries not included. Smile Let me know and send me an address.
